These terms apply when you access the MCast Studio website, create an account, begin a trial, purchase a plan, install the application, or use related services. By using MCast Studio, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. Keep your sign-in information secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for notifying us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
2. Software license
MCast Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application according to your current plan, permitted seats, and applicable documentation. The software is licensed, not sold. You may not misuse, resell, circumvent licensing controls, or use the service to violate law or another person’s rights.
3. Trial and plans
The advertised trial provides temporary access for the stated period and may be limited to one eligible trial per account or computer. Current plan details, pricing, limits, duration, and included features are shown on the Plans page at the time of purchase. Taxes and payment-provider terms may apply.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content you capture, process, stream, record, publish, or deliver. You must obtain all necessary permissions and must not use MCast Studio for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-violating activity.
5. Third-party services
MCast Studio may connect to platforms, devices, stores, payment providers, and other services that we do not control. Their terms, availability, policies, and technical requirements apply independently. A change or outage in a third-party service may affect the related feature.
6. Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable production experience, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features and supported integrations may change as the product develops, subject to active plan commitments and applicable law.
7. Ownership
MCast Studio, its software, website, branding, and original materials are protected by intellectual-property law. You retain ownership of your own content and remain responsible for it.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. You are responsible for rehearsals, backups, permissions, destination settings, network readiness, and production decisions. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security threats, non-payment, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page.
