How do I share a display?
Follow this workflow to share a display.
Before you start
Choose the display and close content you do not want viewers to see.
Where to find it
Sources > Add > Display Capture.
Steps
- Open the scene that will contain the source.
- Choose Add in Sources.
- Select Display Capture in Create Source.
- Enter a name and choose New.
- Choose Display.
- Choose Capture Method.
- Set Capture Cursor.
- Use Force SDR when the captured HDR display appears washed out.
- Choose Save and Close (or OK where shown).
- Check the source in Preview before taking it to Program.
Check the result
Confirm the captured display and cursor behavior in the preview.
Helpful information
Check the complete display in Preview before taking it to Program; everything visible on that display can appear in the show.
If something is wrong
If the wrong display appears, reopen the source and verify the selected display.
