Create a guest room

Prepare a named room with a workspace canvas, frame rate, and optional password.

Before you start

Open the collection and layout you intend to use. Prepare the devices, storage, or receiving service required by this workflow.

Where to find it

Guest dock > room editor (Room Details).

Set it up

1. Create or edit the intended room.
2. Enter Room Name.
3. Choose Workspace Type.
4. Set Canvas dimensions and FPS as offered.
5. Under Security, enable Password protected if required and enter Password.
6. Choose Save.

Room access

Reset Room Code changes invitation access. Share the current invitation only with intended participants. Room details are distinct from the live session’s participant permissions and waiting room.

Next step

Open the room/session controls to configure entry rules, invite participants, and manage backstage/on-screen placement.
