Account, sign-in, and license
Review your account, plan, validity, and feature limits. Sign-in is required when MCast asks you to activate or renew access.
Before you start
Select the intended collection or item before changing its settings.
Where to find it
Help > License.
Use it
- Choose Sign in or Sign in again.
- Choose Sign in with Google.
- Complete the account sign-in in your browser.
- Return to MCast and open Help > License.
- Check Plan, Validity, and Feature entitlements.
Controls and additional tasks
Refresh checks the current account status. Manage opens account management. Upgrade opens plan options. Logout signs out; use it only when you intend to end account access. Features such as Replay Suite and 4K guest video depend on the entitlements shown here.

If something is wrong
If sign-in is requested again, use Sign in again. If a feature is unavailable, check its entitlement and validity before changing the workspace.
