Select the settings source
| Render Settings Source | Effect |
|---|---|
| Use Layout Render Settings | Use the attached layout’s render settings. |
| Use Render Profile | Select a saved Render Settings profile. |
| Use Custom Render Presets | Select the individual video, audio, codec, color, and resize settings offered here. |
What each selection controls
Video Preset sets picture dimensions and frame rate. Audio Preset sets audio format. Video Codec Profile sets encoding choices. Video Color Profile sets color interpretation. Resize Policy fits the picture into the output size. The available combinations depend on the output type.
If validation prevents saving or starting
Choose a compatible format/preset combination and correct the message shown. A saved profile does not guarantee a hardware receiver accepts its format.
