Controls and additional tasks

Feeds include Program, Preview, Scene, Source, and Replay Channel A/B where available. Require confirmation on stop protects an active camera. On Windows, Start can offer camera repair if readiness checks require it; decline or close to cancel repair. Start succeeds only after preparation is verified. Camera video selection in another app is separate from that app microphone/audio selection.

Additional workflow details

Virtual camera Output Type selects a picture feed, whereas an External Output Type selects a delivery method. A virtual camera does not require an External Output Profile. Configure each intended camera slot, start it, and choose that camera in the receiving app.
