Output confirmations and countdowns

Require a confirmation or countdown before starting/stopping outputs.

Before you start

Select the intended collection or item before changing its settings.

Where to find it

File > Settings > output confirmation/wait controls.

Use it

1. Open Settings.
2. Enable the start/stop confirmation for Broadcast, Recording, or External Output.
3. Enable Wait Time for the intended output family.
4. Set the wait in seconds.
5. Enable confirmation time and choose font/color if wanted.
6. Save.

Controls and additional tasks

Wait begins only after start checks pass. Each output counts down independently. The 3, 2, 1, GO! confirmation timer appears after preparation and wait, immediately before starting.

If something is wrong

If an output has not started yet, inspect its validation, preparation, or countdown state.
