Automatic output reconnect
Retry a failed destination session using saved limits.
Before you start
Select the intended collection or item before changing its settings.
Where to find it
File > Settings > Automatically Reconnect.
Use it
- Enable Automatically Reconnect.
- Choose Retry Delay (seconds).
- Choose Maximum Retries.
- Save.
- Monitor the destination status during an interruption.
Controls and additional tasks
A reconnect policy restarts failed destination sessions. Lower-priority destinations may be dropped to protect higher-priority destinations. Review destination priority before production.
If something is wrong
If retry stops, review the configured maximum and the current destination error.
